About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Partners to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies through partnerships with other companies, with a focus on building and growing a partner ecosystem that includes Channel Partners, Global and Regional SIs, and Tech Alliances. This role is pivotal in accelerating contracting processes, maintaining compliance, and turning contracts into carriers of operational business intelligence. The VP, Partners will be a key player in the company's mission to revolutionize the way businesses approach contracting, and will work in a highly collaborative environment to foster a positive, inclusive culture.Key responsibilities for the VP, Partners include identifying and recruiting new partners, establishing strong relationships with existing partners, and collaborating with internal teams to create joint go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and partnership management, with at least 10-15 years of experience in channel/partner business development. They should be an experienced leader with excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executive-level audiences and building business plans. The role also involves managing a team of partner specialists, growing partner training & enablement programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The VP, Partners will be expected to provide regular reporting on partner performance, sales metrics, and market trends to the executive leadership team.
