Responsibilities
Perform installations of HVAC equipment, both commercial and residential, ensuring proper sizing, placement, and alignment to meet client specifications and industry standards.
Install ductwork systems, including fabrication, assembly, and installation, to facilitate efficient airflow and ventilation throughout buildings.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and timelines, ensuring installations are completed on schedule and within budget.
Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the installation process to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, ensuring optimal performance and functionality of HVAC systems.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior installers, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Job requirements
TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) certification or equivalent HVAC certification
Valid EPA Certification
No felony convictions
Must possess tools of the trade required for HVAC installation and repair
Desired minimum experience of 3 years in the HVAC industry
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the US.
