Job Description
Develop and manage all responsibilities and processes of the estimating department.
Construct, verify and submt all RFI and RFP Requests
Review and sign-off on all bids over specified threshold prior to submission
Establish cost baseline, job allocation terms, and job reports based on budget vs. actual
Train PMs and Sales Personnel in area of overlap with estimating department
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
Minimum 3 years of experience managing & training Estimators
Experience Estimating excavation, dirt work, environmental, utilities, tansmission, polwer distribution, pipeline or civil work
Experience writing Estimating standards and process or the capability to do it .
