Manpower Management Analyst

We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our company as a Manpower Management Analyst. As part of our operations team, you conduct research and surveys to develop a high-level view of our organizational processes and make informed recommendations to key leadership and stakeholders related to gaining efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
Develop analytic tools and dashboards that provide real-time actionable insight into their operations
Prepare recommended courses of action that are in alignment with clients’ objectives and priorities
Monitor and report on programs and projects to ensure proper manpower support is included in program management and resourcing
Support wargaming, experimentation, studies, and exercise planning where required
Monitor and report on naval health service support unit readiness
Responsible for guiding and directing daily client interactions and relationships with leadership, operational and administrative staff
Understand and prioritize multiple work assignments with strict deadlines
Assist with project and program management initiatives at the direction of the project manager
Assist with strategic efforts and provide organizational program support
Prepare written materials to communicate findings to local and organizational leadership
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required
Ability to quickly gain understanding of military planning process, military readiness reporting systems, and the Department of Defense Planning, Programing, Budgeting and Execution process
Demonstrated ability to assist change management and project management functions
Demonstrated proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Excellent organizational skills
Strong, demonstrated communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving and trouble-shooting abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and work collaboratively in dynamic team environment
Must be eligible for a Secret clearance
Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in analysis that results in the design and development of an application.
Applicants must have an experience in analysis report, recommendation, or a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in training with DoD manpower management programs in a government environment.
Applicants must have experience in the following: Force Management System Website (FMSWeb), Reserve Component Automation Systems (RCAS), Microsoft Office, military and civilian personnel systems and processes, Single Point Manpower studies USAMAA five phased methodology, comparative analysis, and model process.
