About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Inside Sales with a strong background in technology sales and a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the digital sales team, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities for the VP Digital Inside Sales include leadership and team management, sales strategy and planning, client relationship management, sales performance and reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role demands a strategic thinker with at least 12 years' in a sales role, including a minimum of 8 years' managing sales teams, preferably in an inside sales function within a tech company. The VP will be tasked with formulating and driving regional digital sales strategy, ensuring the seamless operation of the digital sales motion, and aligning sales strategies with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and identify trends. An entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a continuous learning orientation are also critical for this role.
