Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the firm’s leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm’s goals and objectives
Overseeing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, website management, and social media engagement.
Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of external and internal events, such as client appreciation events, networking receptions, industry conferences, and staff retreats.
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor management, guest list coordination, and on-site supervision.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through personalized communication, engagement initiatives, and targeted marketing efforts.
Develop and maintain a database of client contacts and preferences to facilitate effective client outreach and retention.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and productivity.
Collaborate with department heads and external trainers to identify training needs and deliver relevant programs.
Provide administrative and analytical support to the CFO in various financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting.
Assist with financial analysis, data management, and project coordination as needed.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, and/or project management, within the legal industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event coordination.
