Senior Designer

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer for our Fishers, IN office. A successful candidate is one who uses engineering principles and design software helps to design and develop plans for civil infrastructure projects.
Job Duties:
Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Participates in technical studies, design, preparation of specifications, and technical plans.
Filling out and completing permit applications for processing.
Construction administration support including field observation reports.
Experience And Education:
Performs work under minimal supervision.
Independently solve complex issues and problems under the direction of a project manager.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter.
Requires accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program and 4 to 6 years of experience.
Familiar with reaching out to jurisdictional authorities to determine the correct requirements.
