Required qualifications:

Master's Degree in Related field.

Certification in Case Management (CCM, ACM) upon hire.

Specialty Certification in Oncology, Rehab, Pediatrics, Transplant, or Wound Care upon hire.

3 years of Experience in utilization management or case management.

Pay Range: $62.07 - $98.27

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
