**Inventory Control Supervisor**
San Diego, California / Operations Supply Chain / Full Time Employee - Exempt Curology is creating the next generation of skincare through customized treatment plans and formulas with powerful prescription ingredients for acne and anti-aging. The Inventory Supervisor will oversee inventory accuracy by managing daily cycle count and inventory reconciliation. This position will also work to improve and establish the end-to-end inventory management processes including transactional accountability, inventory counts, and discrepancy investigations. In addition, the Inventory Supervisor will partner with cross-functional teams to help drive the development of cycle count programs as well as identifying and correcting the causes of inventory inaccuracy. The desired candidate will bring an analytical skillset, attention to detail, an eye for continuous improvement, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. + Develop & execute daily, weekly & monthly action plans that increase quality, inventory accuracy & service.
+ Collaborate with fulfillment management to drive best practices in terms of receiving, shipping, and inventory management that support the achievement of inventory accuracy goals.
+ Research transaction history to determine source of any inventory variances or location transfer errors.
+ Audit inventory transactions for accuracy and timeliness, ensuring a high level of inventory accuracy is maintained.
+ Facilitate formal problem solving, root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions for all inventory discrepancies or related process failures.
+ Responsible for overall inventory control and storage of materials, including reconciliation with data systems.
+ Capable of making recommendations and improvements to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
+ Supervise and coordinate all inbound activities from 3PL partners and supplies.
+ Support other strategic initiatives & projects as needed.
+ At least 4 years of management experience within Inventory Control, and/or Order Fulfillment
+ Strong analytical, math, data analysis, listening & communication skills
+ Ability to show Inventory & Quality improvement in a continually improving environment
+ Ability to quickly pick up various software systems and data analysis tools
+ Metrics-driven mindset
+ Customer service obsession, with willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy customer needs
+ Effective communicator and leader for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams and executive leadership
+ Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using data
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelors Degree in business related field, or equivalent experience
+ Proficient with excel and google sheets.
+ Forklift/Lift truck Certification, training provided.
+ Ability to safely, effectively, and efficiently drive a forklift and a reach truck.
+ Must exhibit a sense of urgency and initiative while maintaining attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
