Job Summary: The Marketing Director will spearhead our Google Ads and SEO strategies, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service that not only meets but exceeds their digital marketing objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative thinking, and a results-driven mindset to optimize our clients' campaigns for maximum visibility, engagement, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads strategies to increase visibility and conversions for our clients.
Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content strategy, link-building, and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website development.
Manage budgets and forecasts for Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Provide detailed reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in SEO and Google Ads, incorporating new techniques and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Google Ads and SEO.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and other digital marketing software.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
