Laboratory testing
Seismic analyses

Ground improvement analyses and design
Report preparation
Foundation load testing
Vibration monitoring
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute field exploration and laboratory testing programs
Perform engineering analyses, geotechnical design, write technical reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
EIT required
0-4 years of relevant experience in transportation projects
Displays strong technical skills in soil mechanics and geotechnical analyses and design
Must possess intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office and relevant technical software required, gINT and MicroStation are preferred), including the ability to learn various types of company/client software
Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy
Preferred:
Master’s Degree with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering
PE licensure
Experience with NCDOT and/or SCDOT
