Role Description:

Digital Barriers, a leading video technology company, is seeking a talented individual to join our Product Management team as Product Marketing Manager for our products. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the marketing and commercial success of our products across the global industries. This position is responsible for strategic marketing plans, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful promotion of our products. Other responsibilities include new product launches, identifying market potential; input on product requirements, specifications and pricing and assisting with market penetration strategies.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Collaborate to define and execute the product launch strategy.

Market Research: Understand opportunity, customer needs, competition & trends.

Product Positioning: Develop value proposition and messaging that resonates w/market.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Create plans & marketing materials for launch and penetration.

Sales Enablement: Collaborate to create and provide product & tools training.

Campaign Management: Plan/execute marketing campaigns & trade conferences.

KPI Tracking: Define & monitor key performance indicators to gauge initiatives success.

Customer Engagement: Collaborate with key customer and build customer relationships and collect feedback, testimonials.

Industry contribution: Work on whitepapers, position papers, collateral across various industry forums/conferences to drive our products.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in marketing, communications or similar.

Experience in product marketing (3-5 years) in technology industry.

Strong knowledge of Physical Security, IP Surveillance, Telco market.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management skills & ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with marketing analytics tool.

Willingness to travel as needed for trade shows and customer visit.
