We provide recruiting services in the areas of Technical and Skilled Trades, Finance, Accounting, Administration, Customer Service, and all other professional services. As the competition slows down, we are busier than ever!To keep up with our rapid expansion, we are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our industry-leading team in a hybrid position based out of our San Diego, CA office! This position will recruit on a national basis for high-level technical roles such as carpenters, electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, welders, mechanics and more across the U.S. Unlike many organizations, this position has NO sales component – whatsoever. It is purely recruiting and sourcing candidates directly. We are looking for a top-quality recruiter with a deep understanding of the technical and skilled trades sector. Someone who is upbeat, persistent, a strong communicator with exceptional follow-through, and driven by a strong desire to make a big impact in the industry! Why Join Us? Pay Range: $150,000 - $375,000 DOE Responsibilities Source, recruit, and source top technical talent on a national scale across the US
Utilize state-of-the-art tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and ZoomInfo
Understand client requirements and culture to ensure a strong match between candidates and organizations
Screen and evaluate potential candidates through interviews, assessments, and other evaluation criteria
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand and meet the needs of new and current accounts
Stay updated on technical market trends, bringing a strategic perspective to hiring processes and practices
Report and provide feedback to management regularly
Requirements: Prior experience recruiting for carpentry, electrician, plumbing, HVAC, mechanics, welding & other related technical/trade roles
A demonstrated track record of successful placements
Familiarity with job boards, databases, and professional networks
Expert negotiating skills
Proficiency with recruitment software and tools
Strong understanding of the technical and skilled trades industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
