Seeking an office manager with construction experience that embodies the hard work, honesty, and high-quality service principles they provide to each client.

Job Description:

· Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

· Maintains office organization, operations procedures, and correspondence.

· Prepares payroll, bill pay, invoice preparation, building operation needs coordination, filing.

· Purchases supplies and items needed for office.

· Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

· Communications with management on reviewing projects, schedules, and employee

· Notes and logs communication from team meetings into project flows.

· Assists the Project Manager and Supervisor in helping to get permits, note change

· orders or budget changes.

· Maintains and updates processes and projects as needed.

· Achieves financial objectives by working with the CPA to prepare the annual budget,

· analyzing variances, providing the CPA with statements needed for tax preparation and

· filing, and initiating corrective actions.

· Welcomes clients to the office.

· Must be able to work in the main office.

· Responsible for all certifications through city, state, etc.

· Yearly Workers comp reporting

Qualifications:

· Proficient Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Windows.

· Excellent communication and organization skills.

· Works well independently as well as with a team

· Is self-driven to set and attain goals that will enhance the company’s growth with management.

· Excellent at time management and the ability to multitask.

· Consistently provides high quality and accurate work

· Enjoys organizing and building out processes to enhance office efficiency.
