Field Service Specialist

Job Description:

Our Field Service Specialists are service ambassadors, essential team members that represent Cambria in customer-facing roles.

We are seeking someone based in the Philadelphia area to support our Sales and Distribution Center customers throughout the market.

May be required to travel to other markets for additional account support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to Cambria customers

Articulate service solutions while setting proper expectations

Evaluate Cambria during on-site visits and perform service work, as needed

Document and communicate on-site visit findings with the Regional Product Representative

Operate basic power tools (hand polishers, seam setters, etc.) while performing service work on Cambria product

Maintain supplies and keep tools and assets in good working condition

Represent Cambria while driving and maintaining the company vehicle

Practice and promote Cambria's safety standards

Performing other ad-hoc projects and duties, as assigned by management

Requirements:

Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a customer-focused role

Accurate color perception required

Ability to read blueprints, tape measures and operate an iPhone

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Valid Driver's License, will require motor vehicle background check

Professional appearance and demeanor required

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a field service or trade position preferred

Systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ability to read technical drawings and documents

Additional Requirements:

Managerial Responsibilities: None

Travel Requirements: Local and overnight travel required

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds daily, drive for long periods of time. Must be able to stand, bend and twist while performing service work.

The US base hourly range for this position is $23-$30/hr. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education or training.

This position will be provided with a company vehicle, based on fleet availability, or mileage reimbursement in lieu
