Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and scaling of our consumer web/mobile applications.
Make strategic technical decisions and manage the full technology stack.
Work hands-on in coding and infrastructure management in the early stages.
Manage our talented technical team
Recruit an exceptionally talented technical team as our needs grow
Report to the CEO and collaborate closely with the CMO and Product Designer to take a world-class product to market
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
Extensive experience in building, deploying, and scaling consumer web and mobile applications
Passionate about Generative AI with hands on experience leveraging large language models
Significant experience building machine learning, search or recommender systems
Obsessed with building incredible user experiences
Entrepreneurial and driven to build a world-class consumer product company
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Unwavering determination to succeed.
Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
