Hardware Service Desk Technician

Indianapolis, IN, United States

Position Description Summarize the overall nature and scope of the position in a few sentences.  This position will be fully in office at our Indianapolis field office located in Downtown Indianapolis and will be a temporary assignment for the next 3-4 months. This position will be responsible for hardware provisioning. Along with hardware responsibilities, this position will also help provide frontline IT support both in person and remotely. We need someone who is very detail oriented with the ability to own provisioning hardware. This role will focus on shipping computers, imaging computers, and supporting computer deployments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create a bulleted list of primary duties and responsibilities. General in person and remote desktop support including support of user setups and troubleshooting.

Audio visual support for meeting rooms.

Management of tickets to ensure timely resolution and appropriate escalation.

Ability to follow and maintain technical documentation relating to role.

Excellent customer service skills in support of executives in office as well as remote employees.

Adherence to security, HIPAA, and other IT policies.

Education Check highest level of education required High School Diploma/GED X Associate’s Degree X Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree PhD MD/DO   Experience Create a bulleted list of the type of experience both required and preferred; be specific and include years of experience, background, industry, etc. Associate's Degree/Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in IT or related field
