Job Description | Responsibilities | Duties: Maintain a positive, friendly and up-beat attitude when greeting and communicating with guests. Manage the Check-In and Check-Out process. Register guests and assign rooms. Immediately respond to and follow up on all guest questions and requests. Assist with bookings from third party OTAs. Communicate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and functioning. Communicate with Housemen to assist with guest requests. Resolve all guest complaints in a timely manner. Ability to work weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. We will train you on the PMS. Must posses a passion for hospitality and customer service.
