Responsibilities:Work with local operation teammates to ensure vehicles are distributed throughout the city in the right place at the right time for ridersPatrol service areas and inspect and identify vehicles that are in need of repair and maintenanceUse technology and software to log fleet activity and data that will help optimize fleet performanceOperate e-trikes or e-scooters to move and monitor Bird’s fleetCollect and rebalance vehicles gathered at popular destination pointsMove improperly parked vehicles back to suggested parking areasPerform light field repairs and field diagnostics to aid in upkeep of the fleetCollaborate with other teammates as well as work autonomouslyOperate vans to collect and rebalance vehicles gathered at popular destination points or vehicles that are improperly parked Requirements: Passion for Bird and working in a high growth environmentA smartphone and comfort using technologyValid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check preferredAbility to use basic hand tools and lift 40 pounds up to 3 feet of the groundExcellent time management and organization skillsFlexible availability and willingness to regularly work on weekendsAbility to be both self-directed and work well in a team environmentAbility to work outdoors for 8 hours a dayMust be 18 or older to apply with a valid drivers license.
