Compliance Management International is on the lookout for an exceptional Occupational Health & Safety Specialist to join our dedicated team in Center City Philadelphia, PA. If you're passionate about proactive safety support and bringing expertise to City departments, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Lead city-wide occupational health and incident data analyses programs.

Conduct incident trend analyses and provide recommendations for reducing claims.

Oversee the city-wide ergonomics program.

Develop and deliver employee training in diverse settings.

Anticipate and identify health and safety hazards in the workplace.

Track Safety Program Performance and Key Indicators for continuous improvement.

Prepare and present comprehensive written and oral reports.

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.

Manage multiple projects and handle a challenging workload with attention to detail.

What You Need to Succeed:

BS in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.

Direct experience in industrial and office ergonomic assessments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Ability to work in diverse environments within the field, regionally within the city limits.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Physical Requirements and Office Environment:

Perform duties requiring physical effort, including lifting up to 60lbs and the ability to wear respiratory/safety protection.

Combination of office and field work within the City of Philadelphia, PA.
