Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting organizational success through effective human resources management? Join our client's team as a Human Resources Coordinator! Based on the foundation of the company's values, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters

Support performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers

Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

1-3 years of experience in human resources

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Working Hours: Monday-Friday

40 hours per week

8:00am-5:00pm PST

Located in Chula Vista, San Diego

Compensation: $21.00-$32.00 per hour (DOE)
