Pay Range
The Sales Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $66,600 to $200,000.00+.

Responsibilities and Duties
Encourage and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
Engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross
Demonstrate a Professional management
Set an example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction
Generate future leads
Support other operational units to achieve maximum return for the dealership
Maintain our historically consistent Volume and Gross
Qualifications and Skills
Sales management experience mandatory
Strong communication skills
Use initiative and sound independent judgment within established guidelines
Prioritize work and coordinate several activities
Ability to calculate figures and finances
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be reliable and punctual
Pass a background screening
Pass a drug test
Pay Defined: The Sales Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $5550.00 mo. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.
