Overview
We are looking for a proposal coordinator to support proposal activities across sites. In this role the individual will be responsible for understanding the workflow process, time commitments, and managing priorities with the ability to ensure deadlines are met. The main responsibilities will have a focus on coordination of proposal inputs, managing schedules and reviews and reporting on performance metrics.
This role will provide support our operations in the Mountain Time Zone.
Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review proposal requirements from customer
Work with business to assemble team for support of proposal execution
Assign tasks for inputs based on process/workflow for each site/value stream
Facilitate regular standups to ensure schedules and timelines are being met
Review completed proposal to ensure customer requirements have been met
Schedule review meetings based on approval matrix
Update Salesforce with proposal-specific data points
Regularly report out performance metrics
Assist business with root cause/corrective actions for missed deliveries
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
HOW TO SUCCEED To join us you’ll need: Minimum Requirements: High School diploma
2-4 years administrative or customer service experience
Strong organization skills
Strong Microsoft skills – full suite
Team-oriented
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with SalesForce
Continuous Improvement experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in the aerospace and defense industry
BA degree
Salary Range : $26.70 - $32.72 hourly.
Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate
