* Complete inspections encompassing interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space and provide quotes for McCall Residential and Wildlife service offerings to prospective customers.
* Ensure completion of documentation to align with McCall standards.
* Generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, strategic partnerships, etc.
* Communicate value of service and transition prospects to Northwest Exterminating customers
* Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers
* Attend all McCall Service continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance.
* Keeps a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle.

**Requirements:**
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:
* Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
* Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
* Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
