Planet Bingo®, a Software Gaming Company headquartered in Palm Desert, California has multiple openings for Regional Computer Technicians to service our clients in the Following States or Greater Surrounding Areas

Arizona,

Washington,

Oregon,

Minnesota,

Colorado,

Wisconsin

Our technician installs and troubleshoots computer work stations and local area networks at our client’s facilities (casinos). The tech will provide technical support and demonstrate excellent customer service. The regional tech will travel to different locations to service our clients.

Duties

· Installs, configures and modifies computer work stations.

· Installs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, etc.

· Uploads appropriate software packages such as operating systems, networking components and other applications.

· Trains clients, staff and team members on a wide range of Plant Bingo®, Microsoft, Symantec and Cisco products.

Requirements:

· An AA Degree or Certificate in Information Technology from a technical school.

· Five years experience in application support and/or IT infrastructure planning and development.

· Proficiency in Microsoft operation systems, PC Hardware and working with printers, scanners, internet routers, etc.

· A+ Certification and Network + certifications and CCNA certification are a plus.

· Technical knowledge of telecommunications, network and PC operating systems and current network hardware protocols.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Requires travel.

Job Requirements:

Troubleshoot equipment hardware and software problems

Perform software and hardware inventory

Providing desk side computer hardware and software support

Provide hardware / software technical support

Extend computer support for systems' software and hardware

Resolve moderately complex end-user hardware/software problems including remote access software

Provide end-user support for software and hardware issues

Install software or perform hardware testing at the users desk site

Maintain, and repair computer related hardware

Troubleshooting computer hardware and software as a customer service representative

Assist or train on the software/hardware

Coordinate repairs on technology hardware

Research and resolve technical problems for both hardware and software issues

Analyze, identify and resolve business and or technical problems

Provide recommendations of program changes to correct software problems

Assist in preparation and conducting of physical inventories

Maintain specific quality records to ensure standards

Resolve PC hardware/software, printers, and network related problems

Provide some desk side technical support for hardware and software

Manage the deployment and support of field network systems
