About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for the role of Business Manager in Asset Based Lending Operations. This senior leadership position is pivotal for the strategic and day-to-day operations of the organization on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the group head to design and execute the strategic roadmap and target operating model, as well as reimagining methods for measuring group capacity and headcount requirements. A key focus will be on developing initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, including the implementation of new feedback mechanisms, and driving a comprehensive communication agenda that fosters a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of financial services experience within a top-tier investment or commercial bank, with a proven track record of providing strategic support to large and complex organizations. The role requires a results-driven individual with the ability to lead and influence globally, manage VP-level leaders, and champion a diverse and inclusive work environment. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to lead risk and control initiatives and drive employee readiness and engagement strategies. The Business Manager will also be expected to foster collaboration and partnership with teams across the organization, both locally and internationally.
