Texas Nursing Services in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. This person is responsible for assisting physicians while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions. He/she will monitor and record patient progress and educate families and the patient as needed.
The ideal candidate will display compassion, education, proficiency, and experience while assisting the patient. This critical role assists in creating and managing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of the current and future medical needs of the patient.
**Pay range is $35/HR-$38/HR**
**Needing LVN’s for Medicine Specialty, Occupational Health, Surgical Specialty Clinic, & Surgical Specialty, Ortho Podiatry positions/shifts**
Responsibilities:
Maintain nursing standards while providing exceptional care and supporting patients with all applicable medical needs
Create and provide patient care plans as needed or requested. Communicate with the patient, their family and members of the medical team to achieve the desired goals of the patient care plan
Consults as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care.
Requirements:
License to practice nursing in the state of Texas required
Current CPR/BLS
A minimum of six months of hospital experience preferred
Covid-19 Vaccinated (required)
Background check (required)
Strong leadership skills and a professional attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills
3-5 years of LVN experience in hospital or clinic setting
Shifts & Hours needed vary per LVN position needed - will be full-time hours!
