Warehouse Customer Service Rep

You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
Data entry in various platforms - Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Excel, and Teams Platforms.
MUST HAVE Requirements!
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, handling physical goods.
Familiarity with production and shipping processes for physical goods
Strong customer service skills for addressing customer needs over the phone or electronically
Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Located near Columbus, Ohio to allow for potential on-site work
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation for potential local travel
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Must be able to come into the Franklin County, Ohio office -3 days at the office – 2 days remote.
