· You are a self-motivated, problem solver that understands his/her salary can grow exponentially as the agency grows. · You’re Bi-lingual Spanish/English, and comfortable providing high quality customer service in either language. The expectations in this role:

· In person customer service, sales, underwriting and record keeping. · Educate clients ethically on auto, home, renters, & small business insurance options. · Communicate clearly with clients when quoting prices & financial options and complete sales with extraordinary customer service. · Service existing accounts, answer questions, and provide accurate information to ensure clients can make the best decision for their families. · Help identify cross-selling opportunities across our agency service matrix. · Punctual with a professional attitude.

Schedule:

Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours/week
