Duties:
Analyze and manage assigned cases proactively to drive them toward favorable resolutions.

Conduct interviews with witnesses and prepare them for depositions and trials.
Depose facts and expert witnesses, managing all aspects of discovery processes.

Requirements:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Must be licensed and in good standing with the State of Louisiana.

Prior experience with jury trials and depositions is strongly preferred.
Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are highly desirable.
Moot Court or Law Review participation is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of litigation independently, from discovery through trial.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Education:
Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
Certifications:
An active member in good standing of the Louisiana State Bar.
Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in legal research and understanding complex legal documents.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
