The Role:

The OEM Account Manager is responsible for establishing Edwards as preferred vacuum and abatement technology and as trusted partner across Key OEM to drive sustainable revenue and profitable growth; ensuring penetration and qualification of Edwards products on OEM equipment to be shipped to End Users.

What We Expect of You?

Establish, and maintain strong contacts with existing and new OEMs at all levels of their organization in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities

Work closely with regional product manager, applications and management team to develop winning penetration and adoption strategies, product positioning and product roadmap alignment.

Lead multi-disciplinary cross divisional teams to achieve Share and Penetration objectives.

Assist with developing account strategy that aligns to organizational strategy to meet objectives at the regional, divisional, and corporate level.

Supports Edwards Safety and Environmental goals, responsible for compliance with all relevant legislation.

Support Corporate Purchasing Agreement between customer and Edwards and align contracts with Account Managers from global regions.

Ensures all quotations/new business discussions with regional customers align with Edwards Corporate goals and the overall account strategy.

Monitor projected sales volume, delivery and special requirements at customer’s sites. Update forecast as required to ensure accurate demand planning and account budgets are met.

Tracks and reports quarterly scorecard, assures accurate and timely submission of necessary information.

Knowledge Areas/ Skills

Strong understanding and knowledge of the customers and competitive landscape

Strong leadership skills characterized by the ability to inspire, communicate effectively, and drive the organization towards common goals

Understand how to operate with key customer decision makers and foster relationship

Knowledge of OEM process equipment and their requirements for vacuum, exhaust gas management, chemical and other technologies

Knowledge of Edwards products

High level of initiative in problem solving with customer and post-sale support within Edwards

Bachelor‘s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years experience in relevant Semi equipment sales/customer support experience. Experience in vacuum and EMS preferred.
