Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will manage the Quality Inspection process for Fischer Homes at set stages throughout the construction process. These skills will be used to:
Inspect homes during construction to ensure that finished homes are delivered within prescribed Fischer Homes' standards.
Review requirements within communities to ensure compliance with governing requirements.
Anticipate potential problems relating to construction process issues such as scope of work and subcontractor performance.
Ensure that any noticeable safety infractions and/or violations on the job site are reported.
Assist in the delivery of training related to construction, construction and safety.
