OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR BUSY ESTATE AGENTS

My client has an exciting opportunity for an ADMINISTRATOR to join their very busy sales & lettings department. They are looking for a strong office administrator to oversee all administration for the sales and lettings teams.
Brief Role Description:
Deal with incoming calls and customers in the office
Overseeing all office administration of sales and lettings
Compiling KPI data
Reporting sales and lettings figures to senior management
Completing money laundering checks for clients
Social Media marketing
Uploading and listing new properties onto the marketing platforms
Other duties as and when required
Person Specification:
Professional and presentable
Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
Reliable & highly organised with ability to multi-task and prioritise work load effectively
Ability to work well under pressure
Self motivated
Team player
Confident in acting on own initiative
Good level of common sense
Strong work ethic with can do attitude
Trustworthy & discreet with confidential information & client data
Competences:
Good level of education including Maths and English
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent IT & fast, accurate typing skills
