**Job Summary:**
We are searching for a detail-oriented analyst with strong communication skills and an aptitude for project management. A strong self-starter, the candidate will be able to work independently to develop solutions to support our sales department. This role will function as the primary link between the sales team and internal departments while advocating for our service providers, manufacturers, distributors, and resellers. This role assists in the development, implementation, and execution of various sales programs, processes, and plans. **Required Education:**
College degree preferred. Experience and understanding of sales and merchandising consumer products to retailers will be considered. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Strong self-starter who actively initiates projects and drives projects to completion. This position performs as a sales administrator, acting on behalf of the sales managers by uploading forecasts, budgets, pricing, and price lists.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills within cross functional teams.
Skilled at handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a reputation for being accurate, responsive, and well organized.
Manages and maintains the new product development process from initial concept to release to market.
Understanding of business sales performance, providing customer and program analysis to sales managers.
Provides support to large clients, distributors, and agents.
Administers product data and development on customer websites, providing service and compliance.
Responsible for opportunity document maintenance, review, and pricing uploads.
Understanding of risk mitigation.
Other duties as assigned **Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Responsible for creating and using advanced formulae and functions, SQL queries, macros, and pivot tables.
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Word along with MRP, ERP, and CRM. **Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
Experience with AS400 and SAP **Work Environment:**
The performance of this position requires exposure to the warehouse, which requires employees to wear close toed shoes.
The individual is exposed to a typical office environment with ambient room temperature, lighting, and traditional office equipment. **Physical Requirements:**
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk a minimum of 8 hours per day.
Individuals may be required to reach above shoulder height, below waist or lift as required to file documents or to reach for product throughout the workday; lifting will include up to 25 pounds. Proper lifting techniques are required.
