The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial properties.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. PLUMBING : Replace/repair garbage disposers, plumbing fixtures, toilets, and shut-off valves/hoses.
ELECTRICAL : Light electrical repairs; install/replace/repair light fixtures, outlets, GFCI, fans, electric heaters, smoke/CO detectors, fuses, breakers, and troubleshoot issues.
GENERAL : Drywall repair/patch/paint, woodwork/doors, locksets, thresholds, windows, and window treatments/blinds, appliances. New drywall installation skills are a plus. Vinyl/tile flooring repair/installation preferred.
OTHER : Remove graffiti, haul/remove unwanted items, attend inspections, janitorial work as needed.
Respond to emergency calls, after-hours, and weekends as needed.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Must have own truck/vehicle and tools.
Ability to repair or replace water lines, connectors, and drainpipes a plus.
