Job Description: OATS is a nonprofit that works with older adults to increase technology literacy and change the way we age. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator with nonprofit experience to come aboard our team to assist us with fixing up our Salesforce org's call center.
Responsibilities:
• Work with OATS Salesforce owner and manager (certified admin) to assist in solving problems related to NPSP, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, specifically for our call center, donor care system, asset management, and program management database.
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Perform data management tasks, including data cleansing, deduplication, and migration, to ensure the accuracy and integrity; we use dataloader.io.
• Assist with creation and management of reports and dashboards.
• Assist with using tray.io for integration management and customization along with other integrations to Mailchimp, Qualtrics, Zoom, Click & Pledge, and websites.
• Finish backlog of work for simple things like adding fields, updating page layouts, duplicate management, formula field updates, Web-To-Lead, and user management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator; proficiency with lightning components & features, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; declarative coding for formula fields; and some Apex experience required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with data management, including data migration, cleansing, and data quality assurance, to ensure accurate and reliable data.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator & Developer strongly desired.
Comments for Suppliers: Can be fully remote, must be available 12-5 ET M-F, 40 hours a week. Position could last up to a year to year and a half. 3+ years of experience. Must have Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
