**About the role**
We are looking for an experienced Retail professional to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for facilitating the development of the Retail proposition to deliver sustainable income contribution to support the important work of the Charity.
The development and management of eCommerce to include online sales and income from other digital channels is a key deliverable along with the development of new and existing stock sources to support both our shops and eCommerce.
The role holder will look for and implement new business opportunities for Retail to include pop-up shops, events, festivals and other potential Fundraising income as well as working with the Retail team to manage the sourcing, merchandising and presentation of new goods within Retail.
Working with the Retail management team with a commercial and proactive approach to the role, you will have a proven record of achieving budgets & targets.
**This role will involve some travelling and so a driving license and access to a vehicle for work are essential.**
