Senior Management Consultant
CNOS seeks a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant with a military medical background to provide expert guidance and strategic advice within the Military Health System. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in information management, data quality/integrity, and hearing health applications, along with a passion for optimizing healthcare systems.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Senior Management Consultant Responsibilities Include:
Provide strategic consulting services to clients within the Military Health System (MHS), focusing on information management, data quality/integrity, and hearing health applications.
Lead teams in the development and implementation of solutions to improve data quality, integrity, and accessibility within healthcare systems.
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality and integrity, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Provide subject matter expertise on hearing health applications and data, recommending innovative solutions to address specific challenges.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders through oral presentations and written reports.
Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, building trust and credibility through effective communication and collaboration.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in healthcare information management.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Senior Management Consultant Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another IT-related field.
At least fifteen (15) years' experience leading teams in the Military Health System (MHS), primarily in the information management field.
At least ten (10) years' experience in data quality/integrity directly related to Department of Defense (DoD) electronic health records and/or associated healthcare systems.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience directly relating to hearing health applications and data.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and networking skills at senior management levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
