At the branch level, our success is due to providing our customers with a world class experience. Summary We are seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing digital and social media channels, and supporting our sales team with marketing collateral. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and organized individual to contribute to the success of a well-established and respected company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
Manage and create engaging content for our website and social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
Collaborate with the sales team to create sales support materials and presentations.
Assist in organizing and attending marketing events and trade shows.
Maintain and update the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Support the marketing manager in various administrative tasks as needed.

What It Takes Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field OR 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a coordination role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the home improvement or construction industry is a plus.
