Our organization is currently seeking are seeking motivated, energetic self-starters with 2+ years of accounting experience to lead accounting and bookkeeping engagements for clients in non-profit, service industries including law firms, contractors and real estate development and professional services industries.

Responsibilities:

Review accounting records, monthly transactions, investigate issues, balance accounts, reconcile according to agreed schedule with clients and create monthly reports including ad hoc special reports.

Work closely with client's controllers, Executive Directors, and staff in connection with providing client services.

Ability to work with a book of several clients with varied needs.

Aptitude and willingness to learn new technology.

Utilize technology to streamline processes and create efficiencies in partnership with our clients.

Coordinate with team members to meet client’s needs and work on special projects.

Provide consulting services in the areas of financial forecasting, financial statement analysis and cash flow planning.

Qualifications:

2+ years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience.

QuickBooks or QB online certification required.

Xero Certified desired.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, however, an equivalent level of training/experience will be considered.

Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, and client service skills.

Technology savvy including Microsoft Office, advanced knowledge of QuickBooks desktop/online, Xero and Bill.com or similar tools.

Team player and leadership skills.
