We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head of Product Design - Pre-Owned Products (Remote)
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
Gain a deep understanding of the customer problem by understanding human-centered research using a variety of generative and evaluative research methodologies
Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends.
Participate in defining high-level product strategy and road map for the company. Leading the design of all aspects of the product experience including, but not limited to membership system, loyalty program, and product user experience.
User-Centered Design
Lead end to end design process, from participating in user research to identifying customer needs, through to crafting and iterating on design solutions, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
Design Leadership
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
Design System
Co-own and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
Ensure consistency across all platforms, enabling scalability, efficiency, and a cohesive user experience.
Ensure that designs are accessible to a wide range of users, including those with disabilities, and adhere to relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in a UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Mastery of UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle constructive criticism and adapt designs accordingly.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Passion for fashion. Eager to make an impact.
