Position Summary: Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for our customer’s manufacturing processes, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining existing control systems.
Work Schedule & Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm
Work Location: 6615 W State Ave, Glendale, AZ
Salary: Based on Experience; $55,000 to $115,000
Develop Control Strategies Design and develop control systems, including PLC and HMI programming, for our customer’s processes.
Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with other equipment and systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for control systems, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance procedures
Acts as a resource to provide direction to the CAD staff and set drawing production schedule.
Generating and Testing new ideas
Supervising projects
Programming PLC and HMI programming
SCADA development and implementation
Generating and reviewing testing documents
Preform primary Fat
Execute FAT Testing
Assist with Site Start-up Create and test preliminary loop check documents
Preform loop checks and site start-up with customer
Troubleshoot and maintain existing control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
