Senior Product Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager who is comfortable working in the weeds on game systems, capable of working with data and has a strong understanding of in game economy management to oversee the execution of Kingdom Maker’s in game economy. The best candidates will have a strong understanding of utilizing data, have previous experience understanding in game economies and have a strong understanding of the mobile game 4x genre. This role will require you to flex between putting on a data analyst, system designer and product manager hat, as well as work collaboratively with a broad set of developers to ensure our game’s economy is functioning as intended.Responsibilities: Execute overall economy strategy for the game
Ensure future feature releases adhere to core economy strategy
Create documentation/knowledge sharing needed so that the team understands how to work within the econ strategy
Be in the weeds on values going into the game, make sure they meet expectations while working alongside product managers and designers
Evaluate and update overall econ strategy as needed
Stay on top of live game economy, make sure it’s working as intended
Knows overall daily income and cost curves, makes sure these values are aligned
Updating and creating data models that output costs and income targets for new and existing features
Works with live ops to make sure sales/events are being built meeting game economy standards
Share knowledge of what good looks like for our economy and avoid become a single point of failure for economy implementation
Requirements: 5+ Years free to play games experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, or related field.
3 years of product management experience.
3 years of analytics and products' insights experience.
Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and balancing game economies, including virtual currencies, pricing, and progression systems.
Strong understanding of monetization strategies and best practices in free-to-play mobile games.
Proficiency in using data analytics tools to analyze player behavior and make data-driven decisions to optimize game economies.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $97,400 - $160,700 plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
