Job Responsibilities

Develop vision and strategy to evaluate current system functionality and manufacturing capabilities to identify and recommend solutions that enables increases manufacturing performance, effectiveness, and maintainability.

Develop and maintain customizations for applications that support Finance and Accounting operations, including integrations.

Provide ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users and business partners including training.

Keep up-to-date with NetSuite functionality, new technology & coding standards. Identifying and recommending other key technologies to support and improve the business processes across the entire finance organization.

Create application and infrastructure architecture designs representing current, interim, and future state.

Direct technical teams through design, develop and deploy manufacturing solutions.

Works as a team member within other IT departments to identify opportunities in support of our next generation manufacturing solution architecture.

Writes documentation that communicates solution benefits to leadership and businesses.

Ability to create, develop and optimize manufacturing processes by mapping and documenting from current state to optimizing processes and implementing change.

Define the guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.

Establish close relationships with product owners to discover and translate requirements including functional and non-functional.

Become a trusted subject matter expert and explorer in business domains and capabilities assigned.

Demonstrate the ability to be self-directing within the construct of a team to accomplish project objectives.

Work with vendor to leverage best in class solutions and talent.

Own the full application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support.

Own integrations design with other systems, perform unit testing and UAT.

Maintain documentation for integrations and other customizations.

Ensure proper change management and compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in related field AND 3 + years of related experience OR

Bachelor's degree in related field AND 5 + years of related experience OR

Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience

Experience in development in either or both process and discrete manufacturing business systems (ERP, PLM, MES, or LIMS)

Experience working with the intricate technical relationships that exist between ERP, MES, LIMS systems, and how they complement each other.

Experience with shop floor automation and execution systems i.e. MES, plant controls.

Experience assessing and leveraging both mainstream and emerging technology advancements in support of either digital business optimization or digital transformation activities.

Experience leading software development teams and projects.

Experience leading strategic business process design or improvement projects in manufacturing environments specifically centered on either digital business optimization or digital transformation.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time.

Compensations Range:

The expected base salary range for this position is between

$155,200.00 - $232,800.00

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

This compensation and benefits information is based on Lyten's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. We generally do not negotiate on salary once we have made an offer. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
