Overview
The Sales Manager will report to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing and will be part of a growing sales team to support Beehive Industries’ journey to become a market leading provider of additive manufacturing solutions. This role will have responsibility for developing sales across multiple territories and industries (to include aerospace, defense, energy, and related industries) and will be expected to sell directly to end users. The successful candidate must have experience selling highly technical products and services and must demonstrate a successful track record for achieving aggressive sales goals through a variety of methods.
Responsibilities
5+ years of sales experience selling highly technical products and services within the aerospace, defense, energy, and related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant experience
Must have additive manufacturing to include materials and new product development process, strong preference for Metals.
Ability to travel 25-50% of the time for customer interactions, trade shows, internal meetings, etc.
Established reputation and relationships with established, industrial companies.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and agility in a growing company.
Demonstrated ability to leverage a consultative approach to facility adoption of additive products and solutions.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience selling highly technical products and services.

Knowledge of additive manufacturing to include materials and new product development process.

Demonstrated ability to leverage a consultative approach to facility adoption of additive products and solutions.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $115,000- $140,000 base pay plus commission. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
