Production Manager

The Campus Production Manager serves as the production lead for all live events and ministry related needs outside of the main worship center/weekend experience. This position is responsible for all matters related to weekday, weeknight, and weekend events for all ministries at BRAVE Church main campus location (excluding the main weekend experience). This includes but is not limited to supporting mens, womens, young adults, high school, middle school, kids, Iglesa BRAVE (spanish-speaking services), retreats, memorials, etc. This position also manages all non main worship center production environments, design, internal integration, staff/volunteer management, maintenance, inventory, and support of production team related projects. This position requires a qualified individual with competencies in leadership, organization, team building, problem solving, self starting and collaboration.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the lead production manager for non-main worship center related events
Procure, install, manage & maintain all non-main worship center equipment & systems
Lead, train, and develop staff and volunteers in all areas of ministry production
SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Run/Manage AVL for special events (conferences, events, trainings, memorials, etc.)
Lead in the design, installation, and implementation of system integration projects
Setup and breakdown of production equipment, cables, patches, conduct line checks, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and ensuring proper function of all equipment
Perform regular maintenance of equipment, troubleshoot and/or repair production related equipment as problems and/or issues arise
Assist in the creative planning process, design, and execution of major BRAVE events
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Proven skill, knowledge, and experience working in live production environments
Experience leading and working with production staff and volunteers
Preferred basic working knowledge in operating, managing, and maintaining production equipment, including but not limited to - Yamaha, Dante, Digital Mixers, Wireless Audio, IEM’s, ProPresenter, Media Servers (Resolume), Cinema/DSLR Cameras, Ross Switchers, FOR-A Switchers, Blackmagic Switchers/Routers, GrandMA Lighting, Lightkey, DMX Fixtures, and Resi (Living as One).
Proven ability operating a variety of analog and digital mixing consoles and managing audio in a variety of different venues
Proven ability to mix and manage multiple channels of live and broadcast audio along with appropriate corrections to musicality, tonality, and dynamics
Proven ability to recognize, troubleshoot, correct, and adjust frequency and harmonic issues, without delay, for live and broadcast events
QUALIFICATIONS
A disciple who is passionate about advancing the gospel and sold out for the mission of BRAVE Church (kingdom-minded)
Able to prioritize tasks to support the vision and mission of BRAVE Church
Experience in a variety of live production environments and venues
Formal training, on the job experience (paid/volunteer), and/or technical degree with certification, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (2+ years) preferred
1+ years of experience with technical equipment preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
Open to working an irregular schedule, including nights and weekends, and providing on-call support and assistance outside of normal hours.
Dedicated to excellence, detail-minded, and able to perform complex tasks with exactitude (excellence in all you do)
Able to work and operate independently with minimal supervision and/or instruction
Leader of people; individuals, teams, staff and volunteers combined
Advanced knowledge and ability to operate and troubleshoot technical equipment
Multi-site church production experience
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines
Humble, trustworthy, flexible, meticulous, and hard working
Excellent administrative, managerial, organizational, and leadership skills with exceptional interpersonal competencies
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
