Like everything we do, our retail experience is different. Its about making customers feel comfortable, giving them the space to explore and support should they have questions. Guidelines and product names can be learned; genuine enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and passion for the Mejuri customer experience cannot.
We do not have a traditional retail environment. The schedule is fixed for the most part to encourage those who are excited and willing to make Mejuri their career. Were looking for people who are not afraid of hard work and who bring an amazing energy to the team. Picking up on feedback, trends in customer behaviour and regularly reporting this to the Customer Experience team is a large part of the role.
Our ideal candidate will achieve operational excellence in inventory management, shipping + receiving, BOH organization, packaging accuracy, and sales. **To sparkle in this role, you will:**
+ Ensure accurate and timely receiving of weekly inventory receipts
+ Ability to guide a team in assisting you in backstocking of replenishment deliveries
+ Maintain organizational integrity of our BOH up to and including display inventory and sellable inventory
+ Ensure order and/or product discrepancies are communicated and troubleshooted in the moment (cross functional HQ communication)
+ Showroom order pickups - ensuring clients are contacted within 24 hours of their orders arriving
+ Manage the BOH flow for retail sales, ensuring efficiency with packaging and running standards
+ Ensure correct product and packaging levels have been received. Communicate when necessary
+ Main point of contact in owning and executing monthly inventory counts
+ Management of all BOH stationery supplies and Technology
+ Monitor and Flag structural maintenance needs
+ Manage vendor relationships
+ Provide an exceptional experience to all customers you interact with from the moment they enter the Showroom
+ **Responsibilities should be maintained on a daily / weekly / monthly basis**
+ Work with management to create weekly agendas to track your progress
+ Work closely with visual standards to ensure displays remain consistent to further track SR product
