Job Description Summary:
$16 per hour. This is a full-time position. Morning and Afternoon/Evening shifts available.
The Groups Rooms Coordinator is to act as a mediator between the Front Office and Event Management in regards to all group bookings and conventions. Represent the Reservations Department when dealing with the client for rooming lists, retrieve reports and hotel inquiries.

Job Description:
****QUALIFICATIONS:****
* One year hotel front office experience required. Reservation experience a plus.
******ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:******
* Review all group booking reports. Match reports and the Reservations system weekly and confirm booking numbers are correct.
* Block groups (tentative and definite) in Reservations system.
* Attend Group Rooms meeting and present status reports on blocks, pick-up, cancellations, billing and package codes. Interact daily with Conference Services Managers, keeping up-to-date on changes, VIP's amenities and billings.
