Overview
We are currently seeking a Executive Receptionist. The Executive Receptionist will work in the Executive Suite. The Executive Receptionist will answer telephones and refer callers as appropriate or provide information as requested. They will greet all incoming visitors and announce or direct them to the appropriate party and or meeting location.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome all incoming visitors and notify or direct them to the appropriate party or location
Frontline responsibility for handling customer service interactions through telephone or personal contact, as well as written communication with both internal and external customers
Operational tasks that can be performed at the work station, including: conference room calendar coordination and general office clerical duties
Answer telephones and direct caller to the appropriate associate
Provide callers with information such as: company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
Assist with meeting setup/cleanup in adjacent conference rooms
Perform other duties and special projects as needed
Work with bank and building security to monitor visitors
Maintain clean and organize reception area
Qualifications
The receptionist is expected to maintain a neat and orderly surrounding and a calm atmosphere in the reception area of the Executive Suite
High School Graduate and some college preferred
Minimum four years' experience in executive corporate environment
Detailed oriented with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Able to engage easily and actively connect with others
Respect the confidentiality of information that flows through the office.
Comfortable in conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels
Maintain a positive attitude and provide quality guest service
Ability to work independently
Customer service experience
Proficient verbal and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word
Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $18.00/Hr. - USD $22.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
