Job Description Job Description Summary of Position

The qualified candidate is responsible for building and maintaining strong client and partnership relationships with exceptional service. The Strategic Partnership Manager will act as the main contact for our group clients during their open enrollment and handle the launch and ongoing relationship with our individual benefits partners. This person will be responsible for driving enrollments by strategizing communication and marketing tactics, project management, and issue resolution. The position is remote, preferred candidates local to Dallas-Fort Worth.

Role and Responsibilities

· Implementation of our group business to coordinate items needed for a successful open enrollment.

· Coordinating the launch of our individual benefit offerings with our partners.

· Maintain strong partner relationships and identify opportunities to increase Hooray Health's value proposition and client satisfaction.

· Ensure that our partners, clients, and their employees’ satisfaction with quality benefit offerings through our Hooray Health Plans and ancillary products.

· Proactive communication and issue resolution with our partner's, clients, brokers, and carriers

· Facilitate partner, client, and broker meetings, making strategic recommendations to increase employee participation and to improve the overall benefits enrollment experience.

· Create and Manage communication plans for client Open Enrollments and Partner Launch of benefits.

· Manage proper resolution of client and partner issues/challenges with department stakeholders (I.e., Marketing, Operations, Finance)

· Coordinate and create webinars sessions with our clients and partners.

Expectations:

· Plan and conduct weekly/ monthly meetings with our clients and partners.

· Schedule any internal meetings that pertain to your clients/partner needs.

· Attend and record implementation/partner meetings that is conducted by other team members.

· Understand that during our busy season you could be in meetings for several hours at a time.

· Work closely with our sales team for a seamless transition.

· Coordinate the necessary items needed for our operations team to set up the client correctly in our system.

Other Responsibilities

· Handle special projects and/or tasks as assigned by Strategic Partnership Director

· Continually gain product knowledge

· Follow all corporate policies and business practices.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher

· Experience in business to consumer marketing, account management, project management, sales, or related field.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present to stakeholders.

· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Preferred Skills and Technical Proficiency

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with our Partners, HR/Benefits Specialists, Executive and staff employees.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

· Organizational and follow-up skills to coordinate management responsibilities.

· Ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities accordingly.

· Strong personal and professional judgement with the ability to find the best solution to client issues.

· Willing and able to learn new platforms, concepts, and techniques.

· Team player able to work independently in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
